For CD orders that we shipped to you: If within 10 days of receiving the program you decide it is not for you and your child, then please ship it back to us. (ship priority mail with insurance and tracking or via UPS with insurance)
Once we receive the CD we will refund you the purchase price within 3 days. Not including the shipping costs.
